Work In Florida Harder

Is i me or is the state of Florida making it harder for their population to make a living> In the recession they raised taxes and now I hear they want cable and sat techs to get low voltage lic. With all the screwing on pay that has been filed against cable and sat techs you would think the state had the brains to see they are kicking installers while they are down. Gee no wonder people are moving out of the state by the droves.
