The problem with that is they have a habit of stealing from techs to meet their needs. They dont have the balls to go back and ask for more money or foot the bill themselves. Good techs are being ran out of this business thanks to the new scumb bag empire who are the reason for bad work. They're buddies always seem to pass the test in someone elses handwritting. Getting a lic wont improve anything they will just get sneakier.
