Ground level terminal box’s (vault) locations full of water with passives submerged. Wet taps locations are creating high end roll off issues to say the least. 10 years back I saw a kind of TAP BELL that was installed over the mainline & tap with drop ports. Is this device still around, is there a better idea today for these type of passive location that can not be swapt to above ground peds.
All Wet.
