seen those bullet peds you're talkin about in The Colony, north of dallas back in 82ish. Woner how long those things lasted. Sure they would be good for passives as long as you leave tap off it to keep installers from getting in and out of bullet.
Had special wrenches to open and close, lots of rain there, had to pull ped up out of vault to get out of water to hook drops up. Real pain!!!
As for your question, do not know where to get em, any supplier should know?
