i am new to the cable business compared to many people people on the bar. I am asking if anyone can give me tips on how to learn different aspects of the trade. Just looking for a course, college, or tips on how to learns aspects such as fiber splicing, sweeping and so on. I am somewhat famliar with some but just looking to better myself and become more knowledgeble in the industry. I just need a starting point not looking to get bashed. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. The only thing I do well now are installs and service calls. I want to understand how an entire communication system works. Tips on books I can read will also be greatly appreciated
