I heard a while back the countries biggest cable mogul was changing to employee based companies
I have also seen firsthand, as of late, "they" are using 1099 sub's
Two questions
1) Why do "they" always seem to hire new contractors around September/October? (3rd quarter maybe?)
2)And why are "they"now hiring 1099's contracting companies back?(additional chargebacks to show more profit?)
