C.T.I.S. is doing a lot of work for them sub cont. and thay are C.T.I.S. is getting a lot of money from them and paying the workers crap where the sub cont. is going bell up C.T.I.S. is unfair to there worker and thay have contract's with Time Warner Bright House and Comcast and thay thay split the pay 60-30 its more like 90-10
