You haven't read the NEC yet have you?
Ground Blocks are not coy I have seen them protect more than one house in actual electrical failure and lightning strike situations, sounds to me that you don't give a rats ass about protecting your customers homes from serious damage.
Maybe you should be bagging groceries somewhere.
