ok look up the real nec standards for grounding, not dtv's, then read the install contract for retailers, my statements are correct, i did not say i did or did not use them, just replying to a question,  and if you think my statement is wrong, explain how the system is not grounded as stated, if your are so worried about customer and you are the greatest tech ever i'm sure you put lighting rods on every house and a ground block before every receiver in the house right, cause you are the best and care so much about the customer,, and i wouldn't down the groceries bagger so much, at the end of the week their probaly putting more in the bank than the installers,, i wonder if they get back charged if an egg is broke or the bread is smushed?
