most chargebacks from install companies are bs stuff the hsp has invented to not pay you,, actually all the retail contracts state must be grounded to nec standards,,, so technically when you have copper wire run from the receiver all the way to the lnb with metal fittings on both ends ,, as soon as you plug the receiver in to the power outlet the system is grounded all the way to the dish,,,, all the ground blocks and so forth is just a coy they have come up with,,, altho it will help redirect a power surge before it gets to the receiver and possibly save it from damage,, ground blocks are a good idea to protect receivers but not necessary to meet nec standards
