injury

i slipped and fell on a cust.property over the winter doing u/g fios and fractured my kneecap.i was on my primes ins,primes equipment,primes truck,my tools. I went to drop my truck off to have the tranny looked at and never got a call back,that was march.i had to sell my tools,still have loads of pain,no work and massive med bills from this.my question is can i sue this guy for med expenses?
