Please tell me you were not a sub and that you were an employee!!

1st) If you are not a 1099 then you are an employee

2nd) get an attorney and let the attorney tell you what you have to work with


Next time:  Do a claim right away because it will always come back to bite you in the end and you will be left with "0"  nothing
