Yep, arrogant indignant and caught up in themselves pretty much sums up TWC in NC.
Most of the top brass seem in over their heads to me. The last few years they've started pretending to be telco admin and slowly mirroring the same policies that have failed the telcos.
Too many folk running the show that have little or no experience with CATV outside plant and other technical matters. Seems like this last decade or so telecommuncations companies have decided that if you are a manager then it doesn't matter what you're managing, it's all "management" and all you need is 4 years of college and a brown nose.
I suspect the shareholders will wise up one day and demand a "house cleaning"?
