The problem with these big mso's when hiring competent people is job security. Its seems that if your qualified your in a position to take over the position of the person that hired you and we can't have that. I have had several opportunities to go back in house but was more qualified than the person hiring me. Finding out later that they hired some yahoo who doesn't know jack squat but isn't a threat to management. I guess you have to be in the right place a the right time. Thats why i'm a contractor if I don't like the way things are run or whos running it CYA.
