Topsail, you got it right on the head of the lag screw..most MSO's hire the wanna be Supvs. cause the can get the cheap..hang a title on them and get nothing in return..Hell now you can be a Project Manager for them with 3 to 5 yrs. in the business..what does this tell ya?
