I don't know Tom, but it does not amaze me.   TW is clearly not on top of things.   They're too caught up in themselves.......arrogant and indignant to all.....even customers.   TW in NC is VERRRRRY lucky that Verizon is not there because they would be eating their lunch with Fios.   Bell South is equally incompetent and the Uverse product stinks.   It won't win vs TW.   So what does leave you with?   Two clowns punching each other in their big red noses......
