Ive been working for seisc since november. Ive been paid on time and on the dime.  My check is been correct.  If you suck at installing, and do sloppy work, you deserve to be backcharged, no offense.  And to leave a e-mail at 1 a.m. , thats not leaving in good terms. that is really unproffesional.  I agree with gwester, you need some more training in the business, if not, i will buy your birddog.  I will put it to better use than you.  I ve been doing this for 8 years now, this company is not bad. they pay the most and are also accurate. I get 4-5 installs a day..... You must have been not doing your job!  You might have better luck doing cable!! Then again, you need to pass QC for that too!
