What can be done when comes to a contractor abusing his sub-contractor? This guy does not have any machines does not do any field work yet he has a contract. How does that work?
He is abusive when it comes to things not going his way, he threatens to take your work, tells you that you need to buy your own conduit, or dig it out of the garbage to later find out that the company does supply it, if a few jobs are less than 1 week old and are not done he will not give you anymore, does not want to be called everything through email, treats you like you are nothing lower than him. So what can be done?
We are great workers and have been sub-contractors for 5 years, we have little complaints from customers, we have worked for 5 contractors getting them caught up and other, we have recommendations from all of them, we work from light till dark, and this guy is just a pain. He even hates to be bothered, another guy was let go because he did not like the way the sub responded (in other words did not put up with his ****. So what can be done?
Another thing how can you become a contractor? What do you need? we have tried for 4 years now and have had no luck?
Just tired of this guy wanting us to take his crap, because if you don't he will kick you out. He even states that he want it done his way and does not like problems, and his responses in his email are very rude wanting to treat you lower than him.
