I would agree with the others. Suck it up or walk away.
Keep in mind that you want to at least leave a reputation with some system people. Before you go spend some time and effort to be in communication with somebody. Close out all your jobs and notify the system plant manager. Give him a business portfolio to keep for the next prime to step in and let the guy know you stand behind your work. After 4 years you have placed a lot of plant. Explain your situation briefly but dont just go off about the other guy. Try to leave clean ya know.
Small world here in the cable business, keep in mind that guys like you keeping the work rolling is what keeps him a prime.
