So what happens when the contractor rolls up and finds that a mso tech does this? We can't backcharge or even say anything about it?!?! You need to get off of your high horse and stop the threats? What about the service tech (inhouse) that was at my house wait no it was THREE service techs all inhouse in a matter of 10 days and they couldn't figure out why my internet wasn't working? Well guess what? When I walked upstairs and plugged in the modem to the router it worked? So then the inhouse closes it as he fixed my problem? Seriously!
So there are problems inhouse and contractor but only you can say anything? Where is the equality? THERE IS NONE
