To the slackers
I myself is a in-house tech. Just like alot of others, I was also a contractor doing whatever I could to make a buck or two. I just started with a company as a service tech here in eastern part of carolina. Since I have been here, I have seen some sh#t. I have ran across too many service calls where a contractor has been there and just slapped sh#t together and telling customers BS excuses why he can't finish the job. I can't believe that there is people that does Installs like what I have seen. I'm going to make this clear. If you come into my area that I have to work in and know the people and I get a service call for stupid sh#t that should have been addressed while YOU were there. I will make sure you will be back charged for every last penny. Its one thing IF its equipment failure. Sh#t happens. When I roll up at a customers home and find lines thrown over the roofs, line laying down on the ground and not fastened, ground blocks and splitters dangling, line running across floors, lines through windows and customers running over to me and telling me what type of wussy you are. That burns me up. My job is to fix problems that occure over time and replace what needs to be replace. ITS NOT TO REDO YOUR SCREWED UP INSTALL. If you cant do the job right the first time, get the hell out of my system and go the hell home. I will burn your rearend by making sure you don't get paid. Now I feel better.
