YEAH!!! I am so sorry if you are getting contractors who do shi* work, the road runs both ways... I have seen so much in-house crap, 10 people been there in 2-3 years, all in-house, but a contractor comes in and gets a backcharge because the ground was a splitter or some B.S. which has been there for 2 years because it is rusted to all hell, Now do you in-house techs get back charged? NO!!! it is always the last guy there, which was a few before the contractor.. How are techs trained in-house?
