I have a question. We have been having internet issues and have been for quite some time. The Mso constantly sends their tech and there "lead tech" and to no avail the problems persist. When loading a page the computer moves at the speed of dial up and we have cable. They reset and replaced the modem numerous times....when we call up to complain they send a tech and then offer us a credit. What can the problem be? What should be done. We can't jump ship because the "other provider" is not available in this area as of yet. So we have to deal with this and when you have an internet based business it causing us to lose money.
