Is that a Mediacom system? Not that that matters. When the tech comes out, are they using their laptop to make sure the problem isn't in your computer (like virus/spyware etc.)? What does the tech tell you that the problem is? Some techs will not tell you the problem is in your equipment (even though they know that it is) because they may be instructed not to, or are afraid of a claim by the customer, after the fact, of an unnecessary repair/replacement cost (whether true or not), with the customer demanding restitution. In my experience your PC is the most likely culprit, but I would need to know more information to accurately determine that. I am assuming that the tech(s) checked for inferior wiring/ingress, etc. GL
