There's multiple problems that may be causing your headaches with the internet,I wish could give some advice over the computer but nothing like troubleshoot the problem fom the root first that all you need to make sure that the levels you are getting at that particular outlet where you have the internet located are good for it,remenber the forward could be good but not the return(TX),Also noise in the lines. remenber in the internet you are sending and receiving info called (packects) if the amount of packects that you received and share are not in range that's going to cost your internet connectivity fail,also is involve in there the prewiring conditions in your house if the wiring in your place don't meet the digital parameters the service you going to have is B.S,remenber the three services are digital now cable,internet,voice if you have wreck conectors radio shack splitters or an internal wiring that do not meet this requirements your srvices going to be the crappiest,ever buddy.
