Price on scotch lock splicing

Hey all, I gotta gut that wants me to splice 400 pair using scotch locks!!!!! I module everything at that size cable. I've never bid a splice that big using scotch locks. I told the guy it will be an ugly splice. That aint the best part, I gotta go back in the spring and cut in the tails, so modules would be perfect, but they dont wanna do it that way. My usuall bid is $125 for set-up, $15 per group, for modules. Have any of you done a splice like this with scotch locks? If so how much should I charge. I'll be using the standard pre-formed closures, if I can fit that big ole' mess in there. Come on you twister pair bros' lemme know. Thanks, Red
