One Dollar per pair or fifty cents per Scotch lock. Yes stagger them but wrap with Saran Wrap so that you do not have to cut the tiewraps at a later date. And No I am Not Helouise. Do not forget the setup fee and Idiots'R Us fee. Good Luck!
