The job needs to be re-installed and brought up to code, groundblock and connectors, picthpatch on the base plate of the roof mount and the addition of messenger cable. total payment $30. one week later customer can not get the helpful hints menu on their tv to close, so Dish schedules a trouble all and the tech, not me, goes out and shows the customer what has happened and corrects the problem. payment $30 to tech for trouble call, and back charge me $30. What just happened here?
