The tech that went back behind you, is he within arms reach in the morning? In other words does he work at the same office? Need i say more, I've eatin more than a few T/c's for dumb ass customers before i would screw one of my fellow employees, you did him a favor by completing the reinstall as a t/c and you got stabbed in the back by the next guy. It's time to man up and confront him about it and tell him that what comes around goes around if he doesn't get it a swift kick in the nuts outta bring him around.
