Fact is, this is the norm for the industry as all 3 of the places I worked at had an 85% turnover rate within the 1st 3 months of starting their catv careers.. With the major complaint being they can't live on box change outs and I know the union tag probably tags me as a troublemaker but I can get along with most everyone. The union was only a stepping stone to a decent standard of living..which is hard to find in this day of "independent contracting" which is nothing but a way to get around labor laws.
