BEWARE: Central Florida Communications (Orlando)

Anyone looking to install in th Orlando area, be advised that CFCC has a clause in their contract with you stating that you can not leave them to go to any of the 15 other contractors in Orlando. It is also being honored by Brighthouse. So much for being an independant contractor. Many have found this out after it was too late. Does anyone know the legalities of this practice?
