Waiting on the paycheck

Signed on with a PRIME contractor doing outside construction for Cox Cable Las Vegas on a 30 day pay contract, which is now at 60 days on my oldest and 30 days on the most recient. Prime claims that cox is behind to them, which meets and exceeds my billing to the PRIME, therefor I'm out. Apparently #### does roll down hill. If anyone has info for the local cox system in Vegas for outside construction, I would like to verify if there is a problem myself.
