redgar, don't know you, but from what I remember as a supervisor in a company back when, the prime is suppose to have a deposit with the MSO, they are suppose to have the funds on hand to pay you, I would give them a confident letter(meaning you know the contract you signed) to the MSO, and you keep a copy, with a three day grace period to payup & comply as per the contract, (but you have to check the contract to see if in fact you are suppose to get paid at the intervals you have stipulated). if so then either they don't have the loot to pay you or (not trying to disss you) but they might be trying to get rid of you. companies can have any reason to want to get folks out even the good ones.
