Thats a scary thought. Being a prime means being able to support your company/paying subs reguardless of your billing status to the MSO. If they are in that kind of financial situation then you are better off getting away now. Geez if that was the way of doing business then we could all be prime contractors.
I bet that there is a problem with some of the work that was done or there was a billing problem and Cox is waiting for the resolve. Just my 2 cents.
