what do you do when a contractor you were formerly employed with tells the mso a flat out lie about you, and gets you "blackballed" from the system? Only information I can get out of the mso is that is has to deal with the former company. I spoke to a lawyer briefly, but don't know what I can do with only 3rd party information... any advice appreciated...
