If the lawyer can't point you in the right direction, than you are probably SOL. If there was a legal remedy, he would have advised you of it. You're probably done in that market. It sucks, but it has happened to me. I was blackballed by Ironwood in Las Vegas and probably can't much do DTV HSP work anywhere they are or have contractors in. Doesn't really bother me as I don't want to do HSP work anyway. Your likely choices are either to change markets or work for a different platform provider such as a telco or satellite company.
