The "only" way to resolve an issue like this is a sit down with the "Prime Contractor" itself and resolve whatever problem you had with them first. Going to the MSO that the Prime Contractor works for only make things worse. I know from personal experience.
IF it's resolvable! It may never be resolvable and you may end up doing something else unless you can find another contractor or sub to hire you. But if the MSO said they don't want you on their system? You done!
I do hope your able to get things resolved or more work!
