If you are not able to resolve the matter with your former employer, and if you feel you were wrongfully terminated, then talk to a lawyer. They would be able to tell you right away whether or not you have a case. But remember, if you choose a lawsuit, then you really will be blackballed - word travels fast about these things....
You might be better off getting work thru a different prime (if it's OK with MSO), or check out other MSOs if there are any.
