Hello to all. Just had a quick question on mind and would like to get some opinions. I install Dish,DTV,& Wildblue and do some service calls for all. My question of concern is that when I go to a service call and the guy before me that installed it did not do his job properly(like no ground, left wires hanging from roof, no concrete around pole mounts;could move pole side to side front to back anyway you wanted;) thats to name a few. Okay the question what do you guys/girls think would be fair for me as far as payment goes? The service call it self pays 20.00 just for me to go to customers home to find out what is wrong, if it is customers fault they have to pay, if it is the installers fault then my point is he should have to pay me to fix his hacking.
