treat them well is one thing. giving them the world on a silver platter for doing nothing is another.
And there is the bigger problem. Companies get tired of giving and giving only to get burned. It's not all roses and red wine for companies and alot of techs think that it is.
if you have 10 techs, and 3 are bad, taking out 3 a day, you are already behind. so get rid of them or retrain? either way you are losing money. say you retrain them. then they still continue the bad workmanship. now your out twice as much if not more. And then they bash you on the internet.
In my oppinion, I wish it were the old days. ya know, grab one, teach one. And if one screws up, bug nut one.
