Well spoken. I couldn't agree more. Sometimes people need to think about what they complain about and realize the outcome. I'm a advocate of piece rate and wouldn't want it any other way. You can't have it both ways. Your correct payouts will go down to offset the cost of having to pay overtime. I would venture to say overtime would be limited as well. Haven't the payouts fallen enough with just the economic aspect of the industry? This hurts the real producers and benefits those who don't produce. I'm not saying there isn't screwed up companies out there, but I'm am saying I don't think we punish the good ones to offset the bad.
