Don't you just hate a giant cable/telecommunications/broadband provider whose only real method of registering equipment is calling a poorly trained and underpaid dispatch, where your hold times are usually between 15 min. to an hour or more just to register the equipment, and then insist you must call back a second time to close the job ?
Not to mention the amount of code issues they run into from over-zealous sales people which makes your time on the phone with them even longer ?
3 - 4 hours of phone time to achieve 5 installs. Glad I got the unlimited plan on my nextel.
But seriously folks. All this hold time makes me think it's time to move on. Well at least to an automated system (cable junkie that I am)
