hey I even have a better idea why don't they train and pay these people what there worth and quit wasting my time sitting on the phone on hold like an idiot. As for using the customers phone
50 percent of the time its no problem. the other 50 percent is a pain in the but. not to metion totally unprofessional much like the call center(shocked)
