If I were to file a claim against a company for non-payment, would I do it with the state and town I live in or the state and town that the other company is in?
Currently I am only owed about $600 that hasn't been paid. The way the terms were set up, I will be owed more money in the next few upcoming weeks, would I include this if i file in small claims court? The final total is about $1500.
