File the small claims suit in your State citing the long arm statutes. Defendant will probably just pay you rather than go to the expense of hiring attorneys to change venue (location) which they would probably lose anyway.
You will probably get a default judgment in any case but if it goes to court, you will win.
Then domesticate the judgment in the State where the Defendant lives or any State the Defendant or Defendant's customers do business.
Garnish the Defendant's customer(s). It will be a real kick in the nads!
