I filed suit about a year ago aganist a comp. It is just now to collections they are being garnished from the mso. cost about
$ 900.00 for lawyers. In ohio you can't put a machanics lean on
the system if your subing from the prime. You have to sue the
company you have the contract with. you can file in your county or were you did the work at. Make sure you fimd out what bank they use it will save a lot of time in getting your money once you have judgement.
