if the union can't do anything about the management decisions,
then why use them,pay dues, it doesn't stop the enevitable obviuosly.
and no,
i blame unions for allowing the slackers to get a free ride wich then contributes to the economical losses in a company,which as we all know, corp america doesn't take much loss. it always comes out of the working mans pocket.which coinsadently, isn't that what's going on now?

if a union is voted in what are they going to do to get rid of the damn slackers/hacks? this is the last time i'll ask.
how will the union be able to gaurantee guy's get paid if labor laws don't do anything to these deadbeats?
