They would use the slackers failing numbers to justify the way they treated the whole group.If I were one of the union heads in my 50 man crew, I would vote for harsh treatment of the "slackers" so that we could all benefit. I think the biggest misconception here is who the union is. In my case, we would've been with CWA. CWA helps the members fight for better contracts, but the local group is made up of the tech's out of the office.
