that may be so.
but how many people here want a union negotiating a contract for them.
being an independant contractor gives me my voice. my workmanship and reputation gives me my voice.i negotiate my own contract for a reason. i know what i want not the union.
i enjoy being a contractor,it gives me freedom.free to make my own decission. i can take it or leave it that is my choice.
and, i might add it doesen't put me in a class or stereotype if you will. my choices are my own. that's why i chose to be an INDEPENDANT CONTRACTOR. if i join a union i would be viewed as another union employee.and not for my individuality.
