I did not say only non-union companieshave high turn over rates. I said they have higher. As far as gurantees, there are none except one. UNion membership allows you the oppurtunity to have voice in the workplace. How loud and real that voice is depends on the members. Unions are NOT the answers to all problems. But the process of having both sides and negotiate, instead of one side, be it union or company, dictating is better IMO
